1.按材料规范使用合理的合金熔炼温度,合金液过热时间过长,降低浇注温度

2.改善产品结构,使壁厚均匀,不同壁厚之间缓慢过渡。

3.适当增加注射压力。

4.加大溢流槽容量及溢料口厚度。

5.增加压室合金液体体量。

6.适当改善浇注系统,以很好地传递压力减少在传递过程中损失
